If you voluntarily decide to contact employers through RnWork, there are only two ways they can obtain your contact information:

1. Responding To Job Postings: If you voluntarily respond to a job posting, our software allows you to choose how much of your contact information you wish to disclose to each prospective employer. By responding, you are granting permission to them to contact you using the address, phone or email information you have provided.

2. Posting An Online Candidate Profile: If you voluntarily post an online candidate profile, our software allows you to choose how much of your contact information to make available to employers and recruiting/staffing firms. RnWork is a secure site and your online candidate profile can only be viewed by verified employers and recruiting/staffing firms who have been granted access to RnWork. By posting an online candidate profile, you consent to allow RnWork's employer and recruiting/staffing firm users to contact you using the address, phone, fax or email address information you have voluntarily provided to them in your candidate profile.

Email: The only email you will receive from RnWork will be regarding employment opportunities, career advancement, or information about your login/account.

When you visit RnWork and move from page to page, read pages or download content onto your computer,

We learn which pages are visited, what is downloaded, the domains our visitors come from (e.g. 'aol.com,' or 'yahoo.com'') and the addresses of sites visited immediately before coming to RnWork. However, none of this is associated with you as an individual. It is measured only in aggregate.
