Frequently
Asked Questions
I'm not sure if I'm categorized
as an Employer or a Recruiter on your website. How should I register?
If you are a hospital, health system, medical practice or management
company, you are an Employer. If you
are a locum tenens or permanent placement recruiter or a consulting firm, you must
register as a Recruiter. All incorrect account registrations are
deleted.
Login Issues: If you cannot remember your login information, there is a link
on the login screen where you can have your user name/password sent by
email to your email address on file. If you are having further
difficulty please contact customer service via email or phone. Here are
a few general login tips:
1. Make sure you are on the correct login page where you
are registered (Employer, Recruiting Firm, Job Seeker). Your login will
not work for the other areas of our website.
2. The login system is CASE sensitive. If you used
upper/lower case letters when creating your user name/password, you must
use them when logging in.
3. RnWork uses session cookies for the secure
login system. If you have your cookies turned off, you will not be able
to use this website. To activate them in Internet Explorer 6, on the top
menu click on "Tools", click "Internet Options", Click the "Privacy" Tab
at the top, click the "Advanced" button, check "Override automatic
cookie handling", check "Always allow session cookies". Click "OK",
click "OK" again and you should be all set to login. If you have another
web browser, you should be able to find information about enabling
cookies using your "Help" menu.
4. Sometimes Windows stores an incorrect password on your
computer. To correct, go to the login page and enter your user name.
Then, hit the 'TAB' key which will move your cursor to the password
field. If there are a bunch of asterisks in the password field, delete
them and enter your correct password. Windows will then ask you if you
want to save/update the new password. Select yes and then click on
"login".
5. Some firewall software can cause difficulties (Zone
Alarm, Black Ice, Symantec, etc...). Make sure you allow your firewall software to
interact with RnWork. Instructions on how to do this can be
obtained from your firewall software manufacturer or users manual.
Netscape Compatibility -
RnWork is fully compatible with the current versions of the
Netscape web browser. It does work in older versions of Netscape, but we
do have a few small issues we are working on at the present time. If you
are having trouble,
click here to download/order the latest Netscape browser, or use
Internet Explorer 4.0 or above. It is helpful to us for you to report
any issues you encounter while using Netscape. Please
email us, and don't
forget to include in your email what operating system you use, and your
web browser version.
